Textile waste recycling:

Our main activity is the processing, recycling, and shredding of textile waste and remnants from the textile industry. Our plant was established in 1973 by the Temaforg Company specifically for this purpose in Mohács. The processing of textile waste has continued uninterrupted since then, but in 1990 the plant became an independent company under the name TESA Ltd. The current ownership structure was established in 1996 when the shares held by ÁPV Rt. and SAPT Ag., each owning 50%, were acquired.

Textile waste purchasing:

For recycling purposes, we accept textile waste generated from fiber production, spinning, yarn manufacturing, tailoring, nonwoven fabric production, and other industrial activities, as well as knitted and crocheted sweaters from used clothing sorting facilities.

Processing of textile waste:

With our cutting and shredding machines, we can produce industrial wadding tailored to processing requirements (such as fluffiness, fiber length, etc.), which is primarily used for nonwoven fabric production, as stuffing for quilts, pillows, and sports equipment (e.g., punch bags), as well as for yarn and wadding manufacturing.

Without claiming to be exhaustive, we produce the following synthetic and natural fibers:

- Polypropylene (PP)
- Polyester (PES)
- Polyamide (PA)
- Polyacrylonitrile (PAN)
- Viscose
- Cotton
- Wool
- Linen
- Hemp

Our finished products are packaged in bales weighing 200-250 kilograms.
Our annual capacity is 2,500 tons.

With our cutting and shredding machines, we also offer contract shredding services, not only for the types of waste mentioned above but for any other textile waste as well.
